"I had my first appointment here yesterday after moving to Vegas and it being the only place my insurance covered in this area. The woman at the front desk ignored me when I signed in, it seemed that she was training which I am understanding of but there were a couple issues with my paperwork and it was as if she was just not listening to me when I realized the mistake I made. It even seemed like the other woman on staff at the desk was getting frustrated with her as well. I had to refill out paperwork with the nurse when I got back to the room that I already filled out because it was not given to her for some reason. I saw Dr. DeTie about 45 mins after my appointment time. I was looking forward to being able to discuss possible birth control options and ask her some specific questions. I told her the issues with my current Nexplanon, she gave me 1 option and I asked about just removing it instead. She discouraged it which is fine but I pretty much had my mind made up, and she seemed annoyed even though she wasn’t even going to be the one to remove it or deal with it. Then she was clearly trying to rush out and trying to leave when I asked about low hormone or no hormone options. She looked at me and talked to me like I was stupid and “hormones aren’t harmful” but she wasn’t interested in helping me explore my options at all. It was very discouraging and I do not feel like I got the information that I was really looking forward to getting. Thankfully my removal is scheduled with the other doctor on staff and I’m really hoping that is a better experience."

"This place....I had a 9am appointment and showed up at 830 and didn't get seen until 940 even though there wasn't more than 2ppl plus me in there and the reason that was given was ridiculous...never again bc I don't like how they did that bull....not even when I go to my regular doctor do I wait over an hour to be seen like I'll just see if I can go to the one in Mountain view hospital instead. Funny then two other PT came up and started saying how this is a every time thing even when u go in for results ull end up being there for over 3-4hrs and that's crazy ridiculous..... I don't have that much patience.. the doc I saw Dr Laura came in n it was like race she was talking so fast n seem like she was trinna get out of there, she seems like a nice lady but I don't like feeling rushed especially when there is gonna b a stranger stabbing u in ur lady spot u know what I mean...she spent maybe all of 10mins in the room with me she ran in n ran out.....also the room was so small like cramped like a box...3 stars only bc the doc was somewhat nice even though she seemed to b in a rush"
