"The two Hispanic females at the front desk are rude and laugh at clients. As my mother-in-law went to sit down I witnessed this. The two whisper to each other as they laugh and talk about us. Just because I was helping my mother-in-law to get the cost of the bull straight. Not cool and very uncomfortable being there."

"Just took husband to meadows eye to see dr Lee. Have had appointment for three months. Upon arrival he was told it would be one and a half hour wait. Very unfriendly staff no apologies . I understand emergencies happen but couldn’t someone call and ask to come in later. Very frustrating. Also his last visit was approximately an hour wait with no explanation. Is this office always run this way? Not good customer service."
