"I am completely disappointed with the service I have received on 12/18/23. After being a patient at WHASN for over a decade, they scheduled me for a consultation for something that they told me was due on January 2024. I was told that the date was written on my reminder card for the replacement was now moved to January 2027. Dr. Laura Deleon spent less than 2 minutes with me to tell me something that could have been explained over the phone or scheduled for 2027. When I called the office to explain my frustrations, I spoke with the Office Manager- Clara. She was extremely unhelpful and quite rude. I am beyond frustrated and will NEVER return to this office. It is fraudulent and I will be taking this to the BBB if this is not rectified. That is after Aetna does their investigation."

"i do not recommend this office. the wait times are so long. I’m talking hours even when you have an appointment. The front desk is unorganized. They didn't bill my insurance for a procedure, then they called and said the tried contacting me. I asked what day, and checked my phone records. No record of them calling me. Then they told me they were going to send it to collections instead of just billing my insurance. The amount in collections doesn’t even match the bill! They’re going to reply and tell me to leave feedback through their website so they can “do better in the future.” But there’s not even a place on their website to leave feedback. This place is a joke."

"Our experiences here were good, until they weren't. Most of our problems involve my child (NB). They were told that getting pregnant would be dangerous for them, but when they asked about sterilization were told they couldn't be because they are young might change their mind?! Sadly, that's not uncommon. More concerning however, was their depo prescription. They recently discovered it wasn't renewed, and when they called about it, were told that WHASN hadn't been contracting with that provider for a month! Contracts don't just end, they had to have known ahead of time. Yet they didn't make any effort to let my child know so that they could make other arrangements. That could be dangerous, which is why it makes me angry and why WHASN has lost 2 patients."

"The year 2020 I had a complication on the 33rd week of my pregnancy. The doctors figured it out and saved my life, my baby also came prematurely and spontaneously on the 33rd week, the doctors and nurses were amazing, friendly, and helpful. There may be long wait times before appointments, but I think the exceptional care outweighs that. I would recommend Dr. Bartholomew to any mom-to-be."

"Dr. Hodges-Wills is the best OB/GYN I've ever had. She is truly kind and patient, and takes the time to listen and answer all my questions. If I decide to have another she will be my first choice. Wait times are also reasonable compared to other OB offices. And the staff actually remembers their patients."
