"Every one here was so helpful and professional. You could tell they actually cared about each animal that came in. I had my cat dathuil neutered here and i knew he had the best care"
"Ms Sarah Storm is a fantastic with animals I fill she has their best interesting heart. I am going to continue taking my pets there. It's important that they have a regular doctor to. Thank you Mrs Storm"
"We were traveling through Fallon. Our 15 yoa Jack Russell had been sick for several days and needed care. It is very difficult to be seen when you are not already a client. They got us in within an hour of calling and we're so kind. Dr. Kushlan was awesome and even gave us a follow-up call. Thank you to all the staff."
"This clinic WAS the perfect place for my Maltese and my cocker/poodle/something else is in there too, I just know it, mix. But for the past few years, in my opinion, they've become like the rest of the world and gotten more concerned with my money instead of my dogs. The last visit was an urgent one as I thought my Maltese was gonna die and so the price was huge but at least they got him in. The vet seemed very knowledgeable about his symptoms and diagnosed him within 4 or 5 minutes and agreed with us that he was probably on his way out so she gave him some pain meds and we planned on just making him feel the best he could until he would slip away. Well he began getting better (thank the dawg gawd) and I wanted to tell the vet about it as well as give her a little more info to see if any type of medicine would help him more since he wasn't dying. She wouldn't even take my call or call me back. The only way she'd discuss anything more about it is if I'd pay ANOTHER office visit fee and more blood work charges. So I just skipped it and nursed him at home and thankfully he's fine now. So, the vets there are great but it seems they don't really care about my dogs the way the used to and that's very important to me. TLDR; VET WOULDNT EVEN CALL ME BACK TO DISCUSS MY DOGS CASE WITHOUT SEEING ME IN THE OFFICE AND CHARGING ME MORE THAN I HAD JUST PAID THE DAY BEFORE."
"Took my very old healer that other vets wouldn’t see because she was too old to have her teeth be fixed, and we’re worried she wouldn’t make it through anesthesia. She’s 13. I took her in to Fallon vet clinic and they ran blood to make sure she was okay and got her in for surgery within a week of scheduling! Not even a though of not doing it! These guys are awesome and now my old puppy can be infection and pain free! (Also it was much cheaper than the places that wouldn’t even do it anyway)"
