"Staff was rude and unprofessional. Three of our scheduled appointments were canceled without our knowledge. When my wife called to check on the appointments, the staff member then demanded we provide proof that they were our children's assigned physician by the end of the day, or else they would cancel our other scheduled appointment. If this office can't handle routine administrative matters, then that gives me a complete lack of confidence in their ability to provide effective care. I called my health insurance company to have a new provider assigned. I'm generally pretty chill, but if I have to deal with terrible service and terrible attitudes on top of attempting to do someone's job for them, then I'm over it."

"Dr. Narag is an Amazing doctor. When I brought my son to her, I was begging for help. I didn't know who I could trust with him. He had just almost died an I was scared. We will miss her. "Mrs. Narag is my son's Dr. She saved my son's life when my son has been having fever several days and oxygen was low and heart beats high to almost 200. She diagnosed my son's disease accurately and sent him to do x-ray right away. She is very responsible for her job.At the same day night 8:30pm, even late she still called me to get medicine just hoped my son feel better at that night because she very care about her patient. I am very grateful for having her as my son's pedestrian. Mr. Narag is me and my husband's primary Dr, he is very experienced , kind and patient too . We are very appreciate what they did for my family."

"Both Dr's are kind and have taken care of my children and myself for 10 years now. They are like family and do not hesitate if they need to refer out for an issue out of their scope. They stay on top of our medical needs and are very professional. Never had an issue with any of my visits. We have 10 children and they love Dr Lana Narag very much. Even when giving shots to the young ones, they are always looking out for what's best. My family hasn't gotten the covid shot and they don't press about that either. Great staff and atmosphere. Thank you Dr's, we love you!"

"If you're looking for a warm family friendly place to take your kids and get great treatment? THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Do not go here. This place is a nightmare from top to bottom. I am speechless about our experience that gradually got worse over every visit we have had in the last 3 months for both of our children and even us as parents. These people do not care! #1 This doctor wants to put as many as possible vaccination shots in the least amount of visits and if you challenge that as a parent you will be pressed why they disagree and to do more. This problem is the least of my concerns but it started down hill from here. #2 Our 2nd visit. Once again they tried to do as many as possible vaccinations in the visit and did not want to listen to us without a verbal conflict. The doctor never even came in to do a check up on our 5 month old and 23 month old. Literally the nurse wanted our kids to be held down laid flat on their backs like an insane asylum while both nurses did each shot at the same time and walked out while our kids were traumatized. Me and my wife both knew we needed to find a new doctor for our kids. Right now we are in Fallon waiting for a house to be built in Reno so we are just stuck with these idiots. #3 Our final visit today 12-20-21 at 2:00pm. We went in and had a bill that needed to be paid for the amount of $500 for each child that our CA insurance company would not cover. I was personally told face to face at the front desk if we paid cash they would knock our bill in half and its in the computer. I went in to pay this but the billing lady was out sick. Fine Ok I will pay later when she's in and she can call me. So we paid for the visit check up $50 for my daughter and I was also told today in the notes it said $250 cash price AGAIN. The worst customer service Ive ever seen in a doctors office. Back to my complaint. While we are now waiting for the doctor to come in and check on our baby which she never does but sends in some random girl telling us they won't see us unless the bill owed is paid. Ok we will pay it now then. The girl then says the doctor won't settle for $250 and its $300 10 minutes after i was personally told it was $250. By the way this girl was actually not pleasant at all like a shake down. After a verbal dispute and shock I looked at my wife and we both knew we no longer want to come here ever again! Keep in mind I have over a 800 credit score and always pay my bills. These people are super unprofessional and dont care about you or your kids! When you go to a doctor you want to have that warm friendly family atmosphere especially when your children are the main focus. You will NOT get that here and I recommend never coming here. These people are insanely bad with back practices. I also called in to advise the doctor to call me or the billing lady when she comes back to take care of the bill and another random girl told me they probably won't call me but send this to collections. I am speechless on how much this office doesnt really care."
