"They said my dog "non aggressively nipped" when they were forcing him in a cage and kicked him out. They said it was his anxiety, not aggression. But still kicked him out. Pretty lame. I figured professionals in animal handling could manage to find a little grace when boarding an anxious dog day 1. Beyond that ridiculousness, they don't answer the phone. So, while my family is waiting to board a plane, we can't even talk to these people after they give us 4 hours to grab him because they don't answer the phone. You have to leave a VM and they call back. It's like the 90s over there. I think they're understaffed, thus the real reason they booted my dog."
"We love Camp Bow Wow! Before the doggy interview they answered all of our questions and walked us through all the steps of the interview. We love the live video footage so we can check on our dog while we're away or at work, too. The dogs are given lots of space to run and play both indoors and outdoors and lots of love and attention. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!"
"We always enjoy bringing our dogs here. Service is fantastic and it’s so easy to schedule and drop off. I love the themed events, like the Grinch for the holidays this year (2023). My 4 aussies sure loved snuggling with Mr. Grinch!"
"Truly still in shock with how this place turned out to be. My first sign should have been how the workers greeted me and my dog, not friendly at all which is surprising because I had told them it was our first time going. My 1 year old dog is a mini goldendoodle so we always have her haircut still at a good length. I included a picture of what she always looks like and the kind of cut we get her at.. The other picture is the kind of cut they gave her.. a poodle cut? So you can only imagine the shock we experienced. To top it off, our fur baby had two cut marks where she bled because they cut her so short. If you’re going to bring your pup here for the grooming department just beware and I guess tell them what you don’t want?"
"Both of my dogs fell ill after being campers for half of a day. Unfortunately, after thousands of dollars in vet bills my sweet Cookie was unable to fight anymore and I lost her yesterday. Sending out a CYA blanket email about having a clean facility and then acknowledging a breakout of illness while also soliciting for reservations for boarding and day care is a red flag for me. Now my family is broken and missing our beloved Cookie Monster. I’m devastated."
