"In 40 years I have seen many doctors in many cities across the country, from Connecticut to New York to Missouri to California and Nevada. And many type of doctors ranging from traditional MDs to gynecologist , alternative medicine doctors, DO's surgeons, and pediatricians. I have never been treated so poorly as in this practice. If I had a question and called about a prescription or a problem, the doctors in other practices, always called me back within 24 hours, even during Covid. In the worst case, at least a nurse practitioner called me back, who could answer the question with authority and knowledge. And in some cases, I could just ask the question online and they would get back to me that day. After seeing Dr. Hanson, he gave me a prescription which I had filled and tried. After two weeks, I had a problem with it and talked with the pharmacist, who was fantastic. The pharmacist told me to call the doctor and the doctor would make a minor change. I was on vacation and when I got back I tried to reach Dr. Hanson. I called Dr. Hansons office and left a message but never got a return call. I called again and had to leave another message. A few days later a woman called me back. I explained the problem and asked for the doctor to call me back. This happened twice. The third call they told me I needed to come in and have blood work done, but I told them AGAIN I had stopped taking the medicine and the bloodwork would be the same as the original bloodwork I had done. I asked to talk with the doctor for five minutes to explain the problem with the prescription. I also told them the pharmacist said it would just be a small change to the prescription. They said the doctor would not be willing to talk with me. I have to say I was flabbergasted! Why would I want to make an appointment with the Doctor who wouldn't take five minutes to pick up the phone and call me back about a problem I had with a prescription? I had only seen Dr Hanson twice but I have to say he was absolutely no help in solving a very minor problem. Save your money this place is not worth your frustration. They are way more concerned about your money, not your health! I also had an IV there, the woman was talking negatively about other employees in front of patients and seemed bothered by having to work. There are many places in Reno that are less expensive and much more pleasant."

"The older I get...the better I feel ((:-) For 30 years I have benefited from Dr Shallenberger's guidance for optimum health. He is on the leading edge of healing the body which positively affects the mind which allows my spirit to soar! This is life. I want to enjoy life! "It was easy to book an appointment. You have to pay 50% when you book. They'll email you an intake and information packet, which you fill out and send back. I took the bio energy tests and blood tests to be evaluated for bio identical hormone replacement therapy. I tried the HCG diet, but I could not stick to the diet... Certainly not my doctor's fault. The staff is professional and the clinic is very busy, so book asap and consider that you may have to wait weeks to be seen. They have patients from all over the country. I've witnessed the staff dealing with unhappy patients who did not follow instructions and ended up missing appointments. It's upsetting for everyone, but you have to be responsible for listening to instructions and showing up on time. I'm very happy with Dr Hanson. And happy with my treatment and interactions with staff."
