"They were able to get my dog in same day. Staff made me feel welcomed. Lynn the nurse was very helpful and she took her time to make sure I understand my dog's treatment."
"Overall good. However, appointments are not respected. Twice that I had to take my dogs there and being early I have been called after 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Frontdesk lady treats you like they are making us a favor. And honestly we pay for a good service towards our pets and of course the owners.(clients who pays)."
"Their staff is either incompetent or their facility is understaffed. Checked my dog in at 10A to have her ears checked, it is currently 2P. Called to check her status. 15 minutes on hold before I called back! Another 5 on top of that on the callback. I could understand if I were being rude, but Christ! On top of that! They couldn't even tell me her status because "The Vet was on lunch." Shouldn't that info be in the computer? She's either done, or they haven't seen her yet, and frankly 4 hours to check a dogs ears is ridiculous. Avoiding this place like the plague. The PetSmart is great, the Groomers are good, but I WILL NOT be bringing my dog back here and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Additionally the Lake Mead location is wonderful. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra few miles."
"I saw the reviews and was scared to go but my dog was in very poor shape. I had gotten the dog from my sister who took very poor care of her. The dog (Ellie) was my mother’s and mine but my mother had stage 4 cancer and passed. While taking care of everything and getting moved back to Vegas my nice fell in love with her so I let her stay with them. 2 years later my sister can have Ellie where she was moving. I gladly wanted her back. I saw her for the first time and she had more than doubled her weight. 25lbs in perfect health and had to be at least 50lbs. Not having much money I decided to go back to what we use to do. Getting healthy food, going on walks at night. She started looking better but took a turn for the worst. She had gotten diabetes and dropped to 13lbs. I was selling my car and applying for loans anything I could. The Vet Dr. Dianna Guernick confirmed my worst and would be best to put her down. Beyond devastated I couldn’t even afford to do that that day. I had no choice and was having to bring her home in pain I’m sure when Dr. Guenick worked with me. I had to leave ASAP and didn’t ask for anything as memento like a paw print wishing I would have. I can’t thank this team enough. I am eternally grateful and could never repay the kindness done for Ellie and myself. Forgot to add this update Less than a week later I got a card signed by the staff. When I saw the print I couldn’t believe it. Ellie’s paw print. When I get another pet I’m 100% taking it to them for everything. I could never repay the kindness and helping me through a very difficult time."
