"Doctor Inna is the best! Came here instead of using the vet near my home. Prices are so much more reasonable, just a little over $200 to neuter a cat. Vet by my home wanted close to $500 and had a 2 week wait. At Warm Hearts they were able to help my cat right away, called on Friday and procedure was done Monday. Super happy with their services-very caring! Highly recommend!!"
"We have been going to warm hearts for over 10 years with all of our dogs. Dr.Inna and Rayvn are amazing. Not only, do they visit Dr.Inna but they also have stayed in the boarding where they have been taken care of. If you’re looking this is the place to go."
"We have been bringing our dogs to warm hearts for the past ten years. Dr.Ina and her staff take their time to understand and care for our dogs King and Harlee Bombara. Especial shout out to Ravyn in helping us bring our dogs in as they don’t get along with other dogs but they love people and they love the staff at warm hearts. We will continue to use warm hearts as our only veterinary service as they always treat us very well."
"What can I say but ALWAYS only good. Excellent care! I tried Henderson Pet Hospital and they wanted to do surgery on my dog to find out what was wrong. I took my dog to Warm Hearts and the doctor just looked at him. In five seconds she said he has a skin infection and needs an antibiotic shot and another antibiotic shot in two weeks after to be sure it's all gone. Done! Quick, easy, non stressful, no surgery! I've been bringing my pets here for six plus years and I've never been disappointed. Not cheap, by no means, but worth every penny!!!"
"My GSD came down with a cough and diarrhea on a Friday. I made an appointment online extremely early on Monday morning. Since I got off work at noon, I made the appointment for 1:15pm. I wasn’t picky on who he needed to see, just grateful I could get him in the same day! By the time I got home from work he was having labored breathing! I rushed over to the vet. When I arrived, I stayed in my car and called to check in because his illness was potentially contagious. They answered the phone right away and came out to get us shortly after. We were brought in through the back door, so his illness wouldn’t spread to any animals in the waiting room, and put into a room. My GSD NEVER lays down at the vet and my pic/video show exactly how he was in the room. Shortly after the vet came in and was so good with him! She didn’t try to say he needed an X-ray or a stool sample, but instead suggested we treat him with medication to begin with. He was given a shot right there in the room to kickstart the medication and sent home with 4 prescriptions. Evidently, there is an upper respiratory/K-9 influenza going around in several doggy daycares that if not treated can turn into pneumonia if not treated and then death. By Friday morning he did not wake up with a cough and I am extremely satisfied with the medication that was prescribed. Thank you Warm Heart Hospital Vet Team for taking such good care of Branson!! ❤️"
