"Doctor was very knowledgeable. Staff was very nice. I was running late because the rain was horrid and they let me in still ! vet tech, doctor, and Front desk were all very nice to me and my pup."
"I took my pug to them for years. They helped me however they could with his health. The entire staff is compassionate, caring and kind. When we had to say goodbye to him, they were very understanding, took the time with us, explained, gave options, and were comforting through every step of the way. I would recommend them over and over again. To the entire staff, thank you, for everything and for going above and beyond when you could."
"My pup ripped a nail in the bed this afternoon and I called Cheyenne West Animal Hospital to see if they could help. I called outside of their walk in hours but Dr. Silver let us come in and have my pups paw fixed up. They even did it without charging me a fortune! I really appreciate them taking me on such short notice and the staff was excellent."
"Let me start off by saying I know my dog is reactive, and big, and could look scary and I fully understand the responsibility I have. I expect and understand the reaction people may have to him. But…I took my dog in for a simple office visit check up prior to boarding (their policy I’m told). My dog was uncomfortable in the situation but didn’t bark, growl, lunge, or otherwise react. The Dr. Enters the room, plasters her back to the wall as far from us as physically possible and proceeds to tell me the dog “isn’t a boarding candidate at their facility”. She is very visibly uncomfortable and dreadfully frightened to be in the room. She made me feel horrible, like I had the worst dog and was the worst owner, and that we hadn’t met the criteria to be good enough. Absolutely none of which are true! I get that some people, including vets, don’t like some dogs. But at a clinic that size there’s another vet that can see the dogs you don’t want to. I canceled my boarding reservation and left. Yesterday I got a text to confirm my reservation, I followed the prompts and responded to cancel the reservation. A text comes back confirming that the reservation has been cancelled. But today I get a text with a link to complete paperwork for Remi’s stay. Man, for not being a boarding candidate, it’s sure hard to cancel a reservation. Not the place I’m looking for."
"My 4-year-old Shiba Inu was spayed at this clinic. The staff were wonderful and so loving towards her both before and after. She recuperated in no time. There were no complications during her recovery time. The clinic called me the day after surgery to ask how she was doing and if I had any concerns. I would recommend this clinic for all your dog's needs. Thank you, Cheyenne West, for your wonderful care and service."
