"Guys are super friendly and helpful on providing us with ski and snowboard rental for our recent first time trip to Tahoe. However the equipment doesn't match the standards or quality of their service. The boards and ski aren't good, they are old and dated. At Palisades on day 5 of our 7 day trip my son who had hired a snowboard and bindings notice the front clip of his bindings had come off. Luckily the guys at the Ledge ( thank you guys) came to the rescue and managed to fit a new one, so we could carry on the days boarding. Just be careful what you hire as they really shouldn't be renting this stuff anymore."
