"Just finished my online class today - Healthy Baking and it was great. I originally had planned to attend in person in April, but due to Covid-19 it was postponed. When I found out classes were being offered online I signed up. Chef Lara was great and he shared a ton of information with us. I only wish I was there in person to taste all the beautiful creations. Oh well....more reason to make the recipes myself. Thank you to everyone at the school it was fun."
