"The store says you open at 8 I am here at 8:05 still not open. I will go to Walgreens now on because they open when they say or open it's 8:10 still not open!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Far better experience when compared to the Sparks CVS off McCarran and Prater. Great costumer service. They answer their phones. They seem to care about those costumers. I was ready to write off CVS Pharmacy for life before I went to this particular location. Thanks for the hard work."
"In general CVS is very slow in the pharmacy. I get it. They have however one of the best technicians named Sabrina! She uses two registers to keep it flowing. She has the patience of a saint."
"Pharmacist Edyta Mysz is absolutely INCOMPETENT. She refused to fill a prescription from urgent care for a 1 year old because she said the dosage was too small. Had to call several doctors to get the prescription filled, only to find out she requested the prescription be changed to an antibiotic my child already had an immunity to. Seriously go anywhere else and absolutely don’t work with this horrendous woman. Will be calling corporate on her today."
"BEWARE: UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE I moved recently so I thought I would try the pharmacy by my office. BIG MISTAKE. I came in with my script and first of all the drop off window was closed and the line was directed to the consultation window, which would be fine if the woman wasn't chatting away with some guy making a delivery. I was on my lunch and it's frustrating that they were just chatting back and forth. Then he finally leaves and she makes the line wait longer as she looks over the papers she gave him (even though at this point the line was growing longer). Finally I get up front, and I know that my particular medication is a little tricky because it's new, so I made sure to ask if they had it in stock (if not I would have gone to a different pharmacy) and the lady in the front said yes. She informed me it would be done in an a half hour and I bid her a nice day and left. TWO hours later on the CVS cite it still says In Process and that it won't be ready until tomorrow at 1 PM. So I call to make sure everything is OK and after a 22 minute hold time someone finally answers. I asked what was going on and the woman says they do not have my script in stock and I will need to wait until tomorrow. So I explained that the woman in the front assured me it was in stocked and asked if she wasn't telling the truth? The woman on the phone then tries to explain that it's too complicated to explain to me and I wouldn't understand. CVS S McCarran - I will N.E.V.E.R. be coming back. As someone that works customer service myself, I would NEVER tell a customer that they were basically to dumb to understand. I will HAPPILY be contacting your corporate office, and take mine and my families business elsewhere."
