I simply had a couple of questions before I came in to look at a Tahoe boat. I did not receive a single reply to any of them. By comparison, I sent one email to McLaughlin's Marine and received a reply in a little more than an hour. I think how a company responds to customers says a lot about the quality of their business. In this case, Tracker receives an F. My business is now going to their competitor."
