"Not open when they say they are. Workers out getting drinks and food."
"Extremely deceiving sales. I was greeted by a girl who said “Jeans are buy one get one 50% off!” with signs everywhere that said BOGO 50%. Jeans were not labeled which were eligible & which weren’t. I spent almost $200 on 4 pairs of jeans because I thought I was getting BOGO. Definitely meant to deceive people."

"The stores waste clean and nicely organized. I had used the try and buy service from online, which was super convenient because I hate trying to find items in store that were online. They honored the online price which saved me 50%. The staff was helpful and friendly and didn't seem annoyed when I asked questions. Definitely avoid going during the peak hours and I'm sure you'll have a good experience."
