"A lot of people don’t run programs and make up data. Most of the people just leave their kids to go talk to the coworkers for 20/30 minutes at a time. People are treated unfairly and get away with certain things based on if you’re Somali or not. There is also a woman named Najma there who tries to force kids to sleep and take naps with them. She also threatens to hit them back if they hit her."
