"Extremely unprofessional. This is not the first time my family has had an issue with this company. I was scheduled for a pump replacement at 2pm today. There was no call to reschedule or to say they were not showing up. I attempted to call them 5 times between 3-5pm. The company’s mailbox is full and you’ll get a response saying they are with a customer, what’s your name and address. This sends each time. When I expressed being upset, the response below was to “take my anger down a notch”. Should have not trusted them with a second chance after my uncles experience."

We were able to get some great advice for our pond, get a few plants and get out and on our way within 10 minutes! The plants are very healthy and were reasonably priced.
