"The lady running the place doesn't seem to like people or dogs very much. I don't know why she seems bitter but God Bless her. I paid for my dogs grooming and undercoat blowout took most the day but only seemed to be half done. First & last time there."

"TERRIBLE! I arrived at 9am as directed and the lady acted like she didn’t want to see me or my pet. Not even a hello. Then 8 hours later by cat was only 40% cut. All patchy and she said he was to aggressive???? I scheduled another company and they completed a full grooming in 45 min’ this lady is rude, unprofessional and needs to stay home if she dosent want to do her job!’"

"Does a good job, usually. My Shepard looks great. But they insist on continuing to shave my Golden all the way down. Even after being specifically told not to. This is the second time they've done this. This is the second time they've ruined my dogs coat. I will never be here again. They cannot follow simple instructions. Any decent groomer would never shave a double coated dog unless it was absolutely required. The owner is rude. Does not listen. Does what she wants. Extremely unpleasant person to do business with. The rest of the staff are wonderful, however. Go elsewhere for your grooming needs. They cannot be trusted to do what they are told not to do."
