"Stayed here from 3-19 u til 3-22. The staff are kind and attentive but SLOW. Took 2hrs for a Tylenol, an hour for a pad. Took 7.5hrs to get discharged after being told it was going to take a couple hours. Why does it take so long? Than they confirmed where I want my prescription to go to then they come in with the discharge paperwork and the wrong pharmacy on it. We tried to call the wrong pharmacy who won't answer their phone. We call my actual pharmacy who also tried to call the wrong pharmacy and they still won't answer the phone. So then I have to go to an unfamiliar pharmacy to get my meds while I'm just leaving the hospital still sick as a dog . Can't anyone do anything right"

"I want to share my experience with the two days I spent hospitalized at Saint Mary's on the fifth floor. I want to thank two nurses in the ER Department. One was a first-year, and the other was the instructor. Great job by those two ladies, and also to the doctor who took care of me in the ER. Of my two nurses, one I know was Anna from the morning shift, And I missed the other one, but she was from Dallas, Texas. I want to thank both of them for their bedside manner personally. Both of these ladies rocked it. Excellent care was provided. Thank you to both of them"
