"I'm only giving a 1 because 0- stars is not an option. I was gifted this treadmill and put it together. Immediately I noticed a squeak. I followed all the instructions, lubricated according to directions etc.. Finally, I did some research and concluded that I wasn't the only person with this exact problem. I reached out to the company and finally, after several attempts, was told to email their "tech support" department. I received a reply a few days later stating that the company was aware of the DEFECT, and was trying to figure out why it was happening. I was then told that because I could not provide an order number, that there was nothing they could do. I've never in my life had a company acknowledge they were aware of a product defect and not willing to make things right. BEWARE!!!!!!"
