"I rated them 5 due to their service is excellent. I called to get an appointment for health certificate for travel and they accommodate me right away however, they need a deposit of $100. They are very nice from the start. Ryan and Dr. Hill helped me along the way and are very knowledgeable. They told me that rabies is the only shot needed for health certificate however, they also showed me all the concerns for my dog that I have to looked at. I will go over here again if I have a chance."

"My dog went in as an emergency when her spayed incision ripped and her guts spilled out. I tried to contact her vet, but they were closed on Sunday. Fortunately, Boca Park Animal Hospital was in the same center as our vet. The front staff, nurse and Dr. Elsaralli immediately took care of my dog Su Su. I was in a panic. They calmed me down, give my dog emergency care and sent us to an emergency facility. Dr. Elsarelli could have kept my dog until 3pm when she would be freed up to perform the surgery. But instead, she felt it was in the best interest for Su Su to get immediate surgery. She and the staff coordinated the transfer and bandaged my dog up with extra care. When I arrived at the Emergency room, they were expecting Su Su and knew exactly what happened. I am truly grateful for the care and compassion from the staff and both doctors on duty that day. Su Su is now a patient at Boca Park Animal Hospital for all her future care."

"I love this facility! Dr. Morgan Spaulding and Vet Tech - Keefer, are everything you could hope and pray for in a Vet Team, and are the ONLY people my 170lb Cane Corso - “Trooper” will tolerate. Dr. Spaulding is veterinary brilliance, at it's purest form. To say "thank you" to this duo, does not do them justice. Instead, I am forever grateful for all they're talent and love, they show to our Boy - "Trooper", each and every time we come in."

"What a way to welcome us to our new city/home. The entire staff were so nice. The nurse Crystal was amazing and so congenial and informative. You could really tell she cared! Dr. Elsarelli displayed great compassion for our puppy kids, and it seemed she was extremely knowledgeable, and we are happy that she will be providing care for our two senior dogs."

"Our tiny dog Mochi got parvo despite being vaccinated. Our vet Banfield refused to help us due to staffing issues. Boca park was able to get us in immediately and they saved his life. We've now moved all of our pets to them and have had nothing but amazing service from them! Can't recommend them enough."
