"My daughter went here sporadically when I traveled out of town and we needed before and after school care. At the time, she attended Doris French. She liked attending and had no issues. The reason why I give three stars is because of their billing practices. It was really difficult to read the statements and it created a major issue for my company to reimburse me because the math wasn't mathing on paper (even though it did when I paid). I'm hoping things are better and I would recommend KidTown to others."

"Literally never will i bring my son back here. His attitude was different from day 1. He was left in a diaper for HOURS although hes potty trained.. i witnessed the manager or director yelling at a child during pick up in her office. Its just sketchy.. highly unsatisfied. if they are comfortable doing that while parents are picking up, what are they doing behind closed doors?"

"The prices are decent, but my son HATED this place. He would get upset in the parking lot and dropping him off was always a hassle. He absolutely loves the place I take him to now though. I was told they would accommodate to our style kfnpotty training, but they didn't. The place he goes to now honored our way of potty training and he's been doing great there! The first time I went to pick my son up one of the teachers made a snarky comment about my son before she knew he was mine, which really rubbed me wrong. I didn't hate this place, burning definitely won't bring him here again."

"My son went here for 4 years....the teachers were amazing....I always knew without a doubt that he was safe and well cared for. Everyone working here really cares about the kids. If your looking for peace of mind while your at work you should definitely check into this daycare. Also, the prices are very reasonable."
