"This is the first daycare I put my babygirl in and it was very tough in the beginning. It was definitely a change for the both of us. However, the staff made me feel very secure that she would be okay. I called almost every 30 min to check on her and no matter how busy they were, the front desk staff would always make sure to assure me she is fine and what she is doing every minute I call lol. She is in Ms.Lanijah and Ms Amanda's class. Both Teachers are absolutely amazing. When I pick up, she is always playing and looks very happy. They let me know my daughter is very loved and I love that. The only complaint I have is not enough art-work lol... But most importantly, they keep their class cleaned and they take great care of their kids. It makes me happy to know my babygirl is with them throughout the day."
"This place is a joke. My son continues to come home with bite marks and scratches to paint where he is bleeding. These teachers do nothing and never can get an answer from any of the useless staff. I would never send my child to such a poorly ran establishment."
"MY CHILD HAS WITNESS STAFF GETTING READY TO FIGHT... DIFFERENT TEACHERS EVERY MONTH.. WHEN YOUR CHILD HAS AN INCIDENT AND YOU ASK WHERE WAS THE TEACHER NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING.... I WOULD GIVE NO STARTS BUT ITS NOT AN OPTION"
"A horrible experience, on weekends there are too many children for few teachers, on Saturday when I looked for my baby I was asleep and I didn't realize that I had a bump on my face, when I got home I saw it, the teacher who was next door front did not report it to me, as it is something that can happen, to avoid falling ill, I did not say anything, now the unbearable thing was that today when I go to pick up my baby, the teacher who began to care today in that room (of Mexican roots , a voluminous lady, with a piercing on her tongue) I characterize her because I don't remember her name, she doesn't tell me that she has my baby's earring, when we are leaving my husband realizes that she was missing an earring, we ask her and the teacher says that she has it, it is not because of its material value, it is something sentimental, while she is waiting, she turns to my husband and says that he lost it, now I ask HOW CONFIDENTLY I WILL LEAVE MY BABY THERE, everything that had been left before, such as (toys, stockings, can of milk) has appeared, the ring with diamonds was lost in a classroom of 5 children today, with a "responsible" teacher in charge, I let the manager know and she ignores me What kind of people am I dealing with, and does this injustice go unpunished? where is the empathy and consideration. I paid $235 for this week, today, Monday, the first day of the week, but sometimes you win by losing, I never take my baby there again. My husband asked if we can cancel the contract and the manager says that we must pay two more weeks, I treat him rude, angry and rude, what an unpleasant moment."
"This place is not a clean as they say it! My baby had caught a very contagious rash! My pediatrician had to puscribe my poor baby antibiotics. They need to be wiping and disinfecting everything. staff needs be reminded to wash their hands when handling babys!!!"
