"Much impressed with the dedication of one staff member, Christina S at The Soggy Dog, located on W Horizon Ridge, Henderson. My dog is very skittish and refused to enter the grooming facility. I didn’t know what to do and requested Christina to help. She could have refused to bring my dog inside, but was helpful enough to even bring her tools to my car outside the store to clip and grind the nails of my dog. We seldom meet dedicated dog-loving service providers like her. She was most patient with my uncooperative scared dog, sat next to him, crammed up in the trunk of my car to clip and file my dog’s nails … because my dog would not agree to leave the car. She didn’t give up though my dog would refuse to offer her his paws, but constantly calmed my dog, till she finished every toe on each paw. It took her almost 20 min to finish the job in an awkward location, with nail filing dust flying almost directly onto her face due to the wind. What an incredible experience I had with such a caring employee at Soggy Dog. No amount of tip can compensate for affection to animals that she displayed. The business owner should be proud of Christina for her dedication and love for animals. I highly recommend this place and Christina for your dog’s grooming needs!"

"I thought the place was good for its price. I would definitely use this place for touch ups in between grooming as my dog does NOT like the groomers. He did really well with me bathing him which is a plus. But I didn’t like that the water was cold even in the highest setting, and the dryers were pretty weak. I had brought my own grooming stuff but left it in the car since I was not familiar with this place and wanted to see what they had. They did tell me we weren’t allowed to groom here so I guess it was a good thing. But next time I’ll be definitely bringing in my own brush that helps with his long hair. After everything, I went home and brushed him with my grooming vacuum and I was very pleased with the process. The staff is really friendly and helpful. So I would definitely say it was a pleasant experience and I will be back when he needs touch ups in between big grooming sessions."

"So far I’ve brought my dog here a few times and I love this place! They do a great job every time and she seems to really like them. I had a bad experience at another grooming place (which I only went to one time) so I’m sticking with this place. Thank you!"

"Owners super nice !!! Employees are very lazy. Can’t keep bath areas clean. Have trouble emptying all hair trash cans especially ones in the blow dry area. These hair cans should be emptied many many many times a day. Today I walked in with my dog and walked right out. Person working asked I bath my large male dog in bath directly next to another large male dog and his family. The space in between tubs is so small we would all be butt to butt. Lady said reason being she should only have to clean the water all over the floor in one area. She was super Annoyed at the possibility of cleaning water in two separate areas. Absolutely Lazy employees."

"Took my dog for a self wash which was fine. I like the shampoos options they offer. My discontent is the dryer room. The have 3 dryers station and there was another dog in a cage after grooming in the dryer room and he was TERRIFIED at the noise. Poor dog in a cage with all those loud dryers. He was pawing at the cage to get out. I will look for another place to self wash."
