"been going here since before the pandemic. it was wonderful at first with a reasonable price. after pandemic what used to be $50 for a medium sized dog is not costing $80. tips not included. wonderful job at grooming, absolute horrendous increase of prices. time to move on to another place."

"It shouldn't take 5 hours to groom a 5lb dog, especially when he's not a difficult or crazy dog. I made my appointment for 9 and was told it would be 3 to 4 hours, after waiting 4 hours I called to ask for an update bc it never takes that long to begin with but was told it'd be another 45 minutes. When I arrived I was given the wrong dog, which they thought was funny and laughed about. The excuse for why it took so long was that there was a difficult dog before mine who was booked for 8. If you only have 1 groomer don't book multiple dogs around the same time if you don't even plan on starting the next dog until an hour into their appointment time. I have a very anxious dog who gets stressed easily, if he's not gonna be started on at or even close to the appointment time then give me the time your actually gonna start him instead of having me bring him 1 or 2 hours before you'd even be able to get to him just to have him sit in a cage for hours."

"I would like give 5 stars if they didn't increase their prices so much. It's over 100% inflation!! From $53 to $110 . The work is amazing but just wished it was not so expensive"
