"They were extremely rude. My family and I walked in to view the birds they had available, since we have been searching for a cockatiel. At first they were somewhat decent, answered our question when we asked, however as we browsed the other birds, which some were quite neglected I might add (one of the blue macaw's talons were curving so much the poor thing could barely grip the perch), they became impatient and asked if we were going to buy anything because they were closing, even though their sign said they closed at 5:30 pm. It was barely 2:00 pm. And to top it off, as we left, they invited another customer in, even though they were "closing". If i could give no stars, I would. I strongly do not reccommend going here."
"If I could give them no stars I would! Very terrible customer service. We were interested in their birds and they told us they were closing. Then they let someone else in when we walked out the door. Their prices for everything is too high, they are ripping people off. Do not get your birds from then either, they arent in good condition and a lot of them looked sick. I asked for the owner and the guy told me he didnt even know him.. like I said before very bad customer service."
