"Horrible experience. Said they did the wash but couldn’t do the groom because my dog had lice. So I paid the $85 for the wash and when I got him his body only was washed they didn’t wash his face at all and it looks like to me they did start the groom and just didn’t want to finish it. Horrible experience I asked for a discount because they didn’t wash his face which was the main part that needed to be done."

"Not really sure what I paid for. I called ahead to see if they did nail trims for large dogs, because their website seems to cater to small breeds. They said yes, for $20, and you don't need an appointment. We went in, waited, I was asked if I wanted my dog's nails trimmed and filed, I said yes please. I was charged $25, told the quoted price (from an hour ago), as well as the prices on the website were wrong, with no discussion. Even worse, my dog's nails were in terrible shape. They had been trimmed, but definitely not filed. My dog's nails seemed to have been trimmed with dull clippers, and they caught in the carpet when we got home. It was not a good experience, and I won't be going back."
