"Best part of the experience with Michelle the receptionist at front desk. On the plus side the store is clean with lots of very attractive treats and animal related paraphernalia. I'm giving this a 2 star and strongly recommend that if you love your animals do not let Ashley work on them. Ashley came out, lips so petulant that she could have whispered in her own ear; no hello no good morning no nothing just snatched the leash from my hand and walked off with my reluctant dog. Appointment took about an hour. I went to retrieve my dog. Ashley reappeared in all her ungraciousness. No smile just that look of resentment on her face, snatched the cash tip out of my hand, no 'thank you'. Ummm... $85, plus $5 tip got me so much bad attitude I'm still thinking about it. Even worse, I got the dog home the dog has been scratching herself raw and bloody for several days with clumps of fur torn out from her frantic itching. I took dog to tractor supply and bathed her myself for over an hour with oatmeal shampoo, dog is still itching and scratching. I can see why an animal might have an allergic reaction to a product being used but I cannot see the rudeness in handling a customer based transaction. I wanted to go down there and speak to a manager, but I'm still so angry at being so disrespected that I'm afraid I might throw a handful of bloody fur in Ashley's face. Don't worry Ashley, we will never be back."

"Originally started shopping here because they have Fromm cat food. Kept coming back for dog stuff too! The staff is INCREDIBLY helpful and sweet. They genuinely care about your pets and are more than happy to offer helpful advice. Our pup loves coming in for the treats, love, and attention. Best place in the area for good quality pet products and excellent service!"
