"I would give zero star of I could. The sign in the waiting lobby says 75 occupancy but they only have 12 or 15 chairs I have to stand and my son to offer my seat to elder patients and we have to stand Next to the door and a Asian guy employee told us in a rude way to don't stand there. I told him that you have little space a lots of patients standing by the entrance doors too most of them elderly patients. My first time and got bad experience already. And all employees don't have their name tags."
"My 7 year old was so scared to get his blood test done and we had a terrible experience at another location. But after explaining to him what was going to be done and showed him videos of what they do, he was ready to try again. My co-worker recommended this location and he was right the staff here was much more pleasant than our last visit at the other location. My son said the girl with the pig tailed braids was very nice and the other doctor that did the test was fast and quick. Thank you for making the exam go fast and smooth and being patient as we were the last guests at the clinic."
