"They’re running the most inefficient system possible. I waited for 45 minutes to even be checked in, when they told me they didn’t have the (very routine) maternity testing kit that I was there to give blood for. Don’t waste your time."

"Had an appointment I made 2 weeks ahead. Arrived 15 minutes early and did mobile check-in... Was seen exactly on time. Was in and out within 20 minutes including the early arrival. Team members were friendly even though they were clearly busy and juggling appointments with walk ins. I didn't even feel the needle for the blood draw and it was over within 30 second to fill 3 vials."

"They don’t know how to use their printer. If your doctor emails you the lab form, be sure you print it out before you come. Otherwise you’re going to have problems."

"Horrible experience for my child and I as 1st and last time visiting this location. One lady working there gave off angry frustration and it was obvious based on her tone of voice and comments. No one was at front desk area when I walked in and I waited approximately 10 minutes for this lady to finally make her way to the front desk from the back area. No greeting whatsoever, just a did you already check in? Because I was supposed to guess and check in at kiosks electronically as a 1st timer. This place is not equipped to handle children and that woman should not work with general public. I heard her rudely address several others walking in, including another mom with her child whom was scolded by this employee for not showing up earlier as she should have also known hours were changed for what she needed. Is there a manager? I was wrong to expect the lab Corp next to children's Summerlin hospital to be best suited to handle a child's lab work request. My child was not briefed in any way lady made 0 efforts to connect with the child . There was a needle brought out and realistically even adults dread them, my child began screaming and wailing which so dangerously could've gone in another direction. My child screamed and moved around and that could've easily turned into a very serious situation if I wasn't pleading with my child to please calm down and had she not listened to me. Nothing to distract the children, just wham bam- move on. I would not take any child to this location ever and that woman needs to evaluate her attitude with the general public. P.s my child had blood drawn before elsewhere and it was such a positive experience my child remembered it as they placed her in a special seat with a "seatbelt" and had a nice toy for her to squeeze leading up to the blood draw [too bad we no longer live anywhere near that place] because this type of experience as labcorp summerlin sadly can traumatize a child for years to come"

"Very quick and easy place to have all your lab work done. Easy check-in on your phone, then then I was in and out in about 8 minutes. Lab results were available online the next day."
