"Tip of my hat to Jordan and the team for helping me resolve issues with my self-installed Espar AS3 B2L in my adventure van. I’m an early US adopter of the new Espar gasoline AS3 model. Thus, my first TK wasn’t as productive due to troubles connecting tech’s Espar config and troubleshooting software . Both TK and I were frustrated. Fast forward a couple months, Jordan coordinated other TK Corp resources for visit #2, and we were successful confirming AS3 was operating within specs, only the metering pump needed tuning to compensate for the Ford Transit factory aux fuel port stand pipe size, and educated me on why repeated clearing of trouble codes can cause a system self protect lock up (which can only be cleared by the Espar troubleshooting software) not documented in Espar manuals. Advice to van DIYers and owners in MN is consider the New Brighton TK shop for Espar heater service. Service isn’t cheap, but neither is a RV. I learned I needed to be far more prepared sharing as many facts/symptoms and my expectations with TK when scheduling my visit. Note TK will not drop fuel tanks or address aux fuel port issues. See DAS in Hopkins for fuel tank support."
"DO NOT recommend using this ugly place! First of all they scheduled my apu pm service at 7am I am check in at 650 and check out 1pm! 6 hours for apu pm!!! Second problem they lied about service as you can see on my picture they promise me with pm service they cleaned unit inside steamed! How you can trust place like this!!!"
