"I have no other idea on how to report this driver but whoever it was was VERY incompetent during a traffic jam from a car accident I cought a picture of the side details USDOT-3055162 MC-51960 KYU-602998 VIN-FSGC195 I'm also pretty confident the plates where PAS9385 or something like that (pretty close I'm confident) But anyway the traffic was bumper to bumper semis everywhere, luckily the semi behind this driver was paying attention and honked before it was too late and they hit each other! But it didn't happen once it happened MULTIPLE TIMES like 5or6 times! This is not okay!"
