"Was a little slow an behind on orders, however employee was great on communication and getting caught up for online orders while helping me. Also their Coupon scanner wasn't working but he gave me the discount I deserved anyways since it wasn't my fault. Overall a good location."

"Stop by this location 12/6/2023 about 2pm. The employee was more focused on leaving than doing his job. Bashing other employees while customers were in the store extremely unprofessional. A lot of the toppings for the sandwiches were old and the bread was hard as a rock. The young man was on his headphones so was not able to hear when my girlfriend told him 2x that we were together and proceeded to check her out without even making my sandwich he had to be told 3x we were together for the order. I know these locations are individually owned so the owner should really look into some quality assurance."

"I never had a good experience at this Subway, 1 - Bad customer service, Though there were 3 staffers and I was the only one waiting in the line but not one attended more than 5 minutes, they even wouldn't care to atleast say they will be helping in a minute or two. Also, they overtoasted the bread, though he could see it is burnt, he is still asknig me for what topping to put. This is not the first time I had experienced it here. 2. Food -they dumped too much sauce in the sub that made it not eatable. Also, the one who wrapped the bread teared and crushed it while wrapping."

"My husband and I came in for lunch today, 3/18/23, at 12:30 pm. We were both really impressed with who we thought was the manager, he had tattoos on his neck, and the staff member. The manager was very aware of everything that was going on around him and his customers. He worked quickly and happily. When he needed to break away from helping another customer to grab some more food from the back he excused himself and said, "I'll be right back." which helps customers know they are not being ignored. We could tell he really enjoyed his job and everyone who came into his Subway. He and the other employee got along really well and were very professional."

"I placed an order online for 2 sandwiches, both with “regular” sauces (mayo on one, chipotle on the other). After picking up my order, arriving home, and opening the sandwich’s they were both DROWNING in sauce to the point they were completely inedible."
