"I felt bad for our delivery personnel. His helper was off the day of our delivery and he had very limited English speaking skills, resulting in him showing up at the wrong place and getting him to the right place was very difficult. I was on the phone 30 minutes with Dash Express trying to get help to track him down. Dispatch told me they only use contractors, which would have been nice to know in advance since he showed up in an Enterprise truck and there was nothing distinguishable about his attire to let me know he was from Dash Express. And I had to convince his manager to let me ride to the destination with him to make sure he didn’t get lost again. I was uncomfortable with it, but it was necessary given the circumstances. Despite the language barrier, the delivery guy conducted himself very professionally. He is courteous and a hard worker and I wish him well."
"I was very pleased with the delivery of an exercise machine I purchased. It was very heavy and the two men who brought it into the house were very careful and really friendly. Sergei was one of the delivery guys. I'm so grateful for their promptness. They were supposed to call 30 minutes before they arrive and they arrived exactly 30 minutes after they called! To say the least I was rather shocked! Thank these guys for me. They were great!!"
"The slowest delivery of my life. I had a load from Lenexa Kansas. The forklift operator drops my load to go unload other trucks. And then rushed back when I go through the door to get an update. Been here almost 3 hours now and not even half way. Be better. Also space is SUPER TIGHT for back in"
