"Well been ordering from Brooklyn center for thirty years ! Hope it’s not a sign! Ordered a medium deep dish , crust is usually golden brown and crusty this time it was barely cooked ! The pizza had little to no red sauce! Should have taken it back but had grandkids to watch so that was not an option . Be Leary when they say your deep dish can be picked up in 15/20 minutes !!"

"Update: (2/4/24) Things got better after the last email but tonight Feb 4 I had a very mangled pizza (pictured last) show up from the Brooklyn Center MN location around 530pm because someone tried to cut in triangles and then saw then too late realized it was supposed to be cut in squares but sent it anyways instead of remaking plus the delivery driver Dylan for some reason didn't understand the concept of no contact delivery. I got bothered when I was finishing up a project with MANY phone calls (at least 4!!) because they wanted to hand it off and he just sat in his car letting my pizza get cold instead of just dropping it off and I was waiting for him to do just that and leave, then I was going to come out. Usually the delivery driver just rings the door bell and I know when to get it AFTER they leave (as clearly instructed and the pizza turned out to be very much luke warm just because of this drivers actions) and then he had the audacity to tell me "Just so you know, I need to see it handed to you" I choose contact free for personal reasons, please don't have it as an option if the delivery drivers don't understand it or stick to it and I won't be able to use this place if its not an option. Not everyone wants to be in contact with people for health or personal reasons and should be respected. I am pregnant and I am at home. I want less contact during flu season. May order less or not at all because this is getting ridiculous...."
