"Joe or John, whatever his name is, is absolutely no help. I called because their driver is not following protocol on deliveries and he told me I need to let her skip my deliver one more time so I can come to the store and pick it up, then gave me their 1-800 number to call (which was also no help)... If I ordered something to be delivered then I'm not coming to pick it up. It was signed for and the driver keeps deciding to hold it hostage. I've never in my life had this happen over a $20 Amazon package."
