"The manager at this location is very rude. I had a catering order for delivery today at 3:15. They did INFORM ME THAT THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED. I had to call there and he told me the order was cancelled 15 minutes after I ordered it. NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME OF THAT. So I have a class with 20 people with NO FOOD."
"Third time order was wrong and took way too long to get it! Either they don't read the order ticket or they don't care to take the time to fulfill what the order says. Took an hour to get the food! So much for freaky fast, freaky fresh. This location is 100% trash. This location has gone way down hill in the last year. Won't be getting my business anymore at this location."
"Jimmy johns always find a way to give me cravings. I like how clean the place is and the decorations everywhere. Keep in mind depending on whom works that day the sandwich might be sloppily done. But the food is still great to eat. Luckily, I came on a good day. I highly recommend the Italian nightclub."
