"Package delivery was not attempted due to inclement weather. There is no snow on the roads and it has been 45 and sunny all day. Delayed due to a lazy driver would be more accurate."

"Tracking claims my shipment arrived in Shakopee on Nov 29, 2023 and has now been out for delivery for 3 days to Bloomington! Something is wrong. The track even claims delivery was tried but no one responded. Well, not true. Firstly, someone has been at home the whole time, and second, the shipment does not have a signature requirement. Dropping at the house would be fine, but someone is not being professional."

"After helping start RPS in the 1980s, I could not be more disappointed in what they have become, Fed Ex Ground. The service is substandard when compared to UPS and USPS. The people are untrained and unprofessional. I wish I could attach the video of a driver throwing a package from our sidewalk to our front door without regard for its contents. There are 7 steps and a porch between him and our front door, and the item was very expensive and very fragile. The Ring doorbell announced to him that he was being recorded, but he wouldn’t have heard it because of the buds he had in his ears. My wife received the video while we were on the 3rd day of a weeks vacation out of the country. She was not in a very good mood the rest of the vacation as she was excited to receive this package. We just got back and I called Fed Ex Ground only to get a non English speaking Customer Service person who couldn’t understand English either and would not transfer the call either. Of course the item was damaged and of no use. My wife reordered the item and had to request UPS so it would be handled properly. DO NOT USE FED EX GROUND!!"

"Fed ex said they tried twice to reach is but no one answered. Both my husband and I have the security box that you dial in our phone number and it rings to both of us. I was home all day and night those two days, I don't work. Then we received a message that it had been dropped off at our CVS store and was ready to pick up. My husband went there and no package had been delivered. Then we received a message that it was going to be delivered again. After all that, we still haven't received the package and we believe it was sent back to the shipper. It is a very expensive package. That's why I give Fed Ex a 1. One star."

"Totally incompetent operation. Their Express service is top notch! Their Ground service is a bunch of mutts that drop packages outside if they don't feel like delivering them to the correct office. They then will not come back and pick them up. 09-27-2022: After 5 calls to Fedex they still haven't picked up the packages they mis-delivered. Don't worry Fedex, I am sure thieves will find your packages, because your customers won't."
