"Specifically ordered gluten free TACO pizza after verifying with the female staff member on the phone that it was an option. Went to pick it up at scheduled time and told it was 10 minutes more--did not verify it was TACO pizza, as that should be a safe guess as that is what I ordered. Waited 10 more minutes, and the pizza given to me was a BLT. They told me that is what was ordered-- nope!!! The very young blond "manager" said that is what was ordered, stumbled to figure out what to do next. I said I will not pay for that one as that was not my order. He said they could make a TACO one but it will be another 20 minutes. I said okay but asked what he was going to do with the other one, as the right thing would have been to offer that to me as no charge while I waited for them to make what I ordered. When picking up the TACO pizza, the manage gave it to me, but I did ask if there was anyway to make this right, possibly just refunding the charge for the major inconvenience and rudeness of the "manager". He said why would I do that? I said the service was unacceptable--he did not understand what was unacceptable!?!? What? I said the whole situation and that I ordered the correct pizza but they made the mistake. I asked about talking to a different manager and he dodged the question by saying he was here all week-NOT helpful. I left the restaurant feeling completely horribly treated and I will follow up with the different manager after this week!!! There seemed to very inexperienced staff working and unprofessional."

"Pizza Ranch used to be so good. Something has changed. Ordered for delivery. 16 piece traditional wings and a medium sausage skillet pizza. The pizza crust was mushy and sticky, very under cooked. And the wings were so small. 16 wings for $22 is outrageous for what you get. Will not order from here again. Called and spoke to manager, and he handled the situation."

"Pizza Ranch. Oh boy where do I start. This place is awesome and absolutely krusty at the same time. The pizza and ranch is mediocre but super busting because there's infinite. The desert pizza is str8 zaza. I have only been to a pizza ranch twice without throwing up after due to eating too much. This time was not one of those two times. Everytime I leave this place I say I'm never coming back due to how horrible I feel after. But somehow I always end up finding myself sitting down at a pizza ranch contemplating my life decisions a few weeks or months later. I love you Pizza Ranch. 'Till the next time we meet. Be good.
