Domino's Pizza 224 1st Avenue East, Shakopee, MN 55379

"I placed my order online and watched the driver getting closer to my house. I left my front door open and house light on and never received my order. I got an email stating the order wasn't completed as planned and gave me 60 points. I searched my order and it said ot was delivered. 2 hours later I still never got my order. I called and they said it was our for delivery. I asked why it took so long and the employee stated "I guess we got busy". Ended up reordering except with Savage. Unacceptable and ridicules.... thanks shakopee dominos, $27 down the drain."

"Pure professionals. Today my pizza was accidentally took by a driver. And not only they give me that pizza back. They give me another one. The food is awesome and the services was great. They are really awesome peopel. Thank you guys for being awesome people. Really appreciate for your services."

"My order was for carbide pickup. When I arrived, I texted "here" like the text told me to do. They guarantee 2 minutes after 10 minutes. I went in and was told they were to busy to bring it out. I asked about the 2 minute guarantee and was told "Oh well". The pizza wasn't hot."

"what happen to my pizza?! this is how it arrived, im not sure what they did it what the delivery guy did, but this is uncalled for. and i tipped for them to do this!? i see another customer had the same issue with thier pizza being like this, don’t order from this place! i didn’t even eat because it looked tampered with and couldn’t even call because it was passed after hours"

"Would give Zero if I could. Definitely going to contact corporate regarding food tampering. Waited almost an hour for my pizza and finally get it and it’s the wrong order. Driver apologizes but then says there’s nothing he can do for me so oh well. Um what? After voicing my opinion on why that isn’t going to work he decides that “Well, I can call the store and have it remade and redelivered”. You can’t do anything for me but now that you see I’m upset you can do that??? After that rude interaction I tried to call the store 4 times and no answer. They were going to send me another pizza and have me wait without any compensation. This all happened around midnight so I am now hungry, angry, and irritated. I left a negative review and tried calling again a FIFTH time. Finally got an answer and was taken care of and given a refund but the manager saw my review and decided to send me a tainted pizza because they didn’t like that I wasn’t happy about the late pizza, the wrong order, the rude driver, and the 4 unanswered calls."
