"I usually get their wings, which I think are amazing. Now and again I'll get some cinnamon sticks or a pizza. The staff is always nice and I'm usually in and out within a few minutes."

"Went in today for a large stuffed crust pizza and had horrible service. The ladies there had no idea what they were doing. They got annoyed with my dad because OF their own mistake. Made it seem like we were trying to leave with the wrong pizza when all he did was go in as normal like we have several times before. The service here has been declining so bad the past several months. Got home and open the box to a burnt pizza. Definitely not ordering here again"

"This was the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life and I'm old so that's saying a lot. Ordered a pepperoni pan pizza with mushrooms for carryout. I was in a hurry so didn't look at it before leaving and I wish I would have taken a moment to check because I would have left it there. The mushrooms were burnt to a crisp completely black. We picked them off but the pizza must have absorbed that horrible burnt taste as it was disgusting. There was only one person working and the place was empty so I can't imagine what kind of excuse there could have been for not preparing a decent pizza. I called the company and was told a refund request would be emailed to the District Manager and I should get a response via phone within 24 hours. Good enough but I wouldn't recommend that store no way. Unfortunately it's way too far to return the thing. Update: never got a response from the manager so no refund so $20 wasted. I could have spent that $20 at the casino at least i would have enjoyed it and maybe i could have won. Oh well lesson learned. I see somebody responded on this site with their nonsensical canned comment."

"Horrible experience! ZERO STARS After one bite I realized it was the most raw pizza I have ever been served… wouldn’t even serve it to my dogs. Called for a refund and over a week later I still haven’t heard back. The local store has their phone off the hook because they know it will go to a call center. Such a shame, this Pizza Hut used to have the buffet and great service. They should have saved the money on the remodel and sold the building to Papa johns. NEVER AGAIN will I order from here. Someone call SHAQ!!!!"
