"Knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Called on a Friday prior to a Christmas holiday weekend - not too many businesses open. Without equipment likely would have needed to go to a care facility. Thought we needed a lift-chair and a bed. Ken said most people go with just the lift-chair and sleep on it. Ordered the lift chair, within two hours it was set up in our house and in use. Delivery person (James) was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Ken was right we did not need the bed!"

"First time at this store to buy a new power scooter out of pocket. Went to a different business for a scooter, but didn't like their business model. Bought a Pride Baja Raptor 2 for $3300 and some change. They delivered it the same day within a few hours of purchase and love the quickness of their service. I will say the staff and owner of the business are top notch in my book. Being a 100% service disabled veteran has its down points hence needed a better scooter to get around Eagan. The VA gave me a Golden GC-340 scooter, but my wife uses it as she is getting up in age and her mobility is challenged. The only bad thing here was that the batteries in my new scooter went to s***. But, the owner came to my house to see what was wrong with it kudos to him for his charisma. The owner drove my scooter and it broke down on him as well. I thought the poor guy got lost in the neighborhood. Lol. Overall, it will be fixed at no cost to me and I love the outreach and caring this business shows it's customers. Made my day. Now, when my scooter is working I will be ecstatic. Edit: Got a call today from Dahl 08/17/2023 that the motor was bad most likely from the factory itself not the store. Was told they ordered a new motor, and even offered a rental scooter. But, I don't need a rental as I still have my VA issued scooter. The staff are going all out to make this disabled veteran experience a pleasant one. Was reading all the negative reviews for this business and concluded many are unfounded in my opinion. Last Edit: The scooter I purchased was defective, and the owner Ken had ordered a replacement. Received it on 08/31/2023. Dahl Medical Supply as a business went all out to make my day. Can't blame them for a bad scooter from the factory, but can say they did their best to make things right even tho they lost some $$$ in the deal. I highly recommend them if you need a power device (e.g. wheelchair, scooter, etc.)"
