"The store manager and another associate took the time to find the perfect bike and answer all my questions. They even put a reflector on the frame of the bike instead of the seat pole so that my seat could go lower. They picked out the best color and helped get it ordered. Pick up was wonderful too. They put the kickstand on when I decided I wanted one when I picked it up. They also mounted the bike lock I purchased when I picked it up. All around the store on Lyndale ave MN is the best store. I had went to 3 other stores and none of them compare to the one on Lyndale ave in MN. Overall they were very patient and willing to work with me to find the perfect bike."

The service fee seemed a bit high for the amount of time spent (14.99 for less than 10 minutes of work), but I'm sort of willing to overlook it for the immediate service."

The Specialized Sirrus 3.0 was delightful, responsive and handled nimbly across the cobblestones at the Stone Arch Bridge. I returned the next day to purchase my bike.
