"The quality of service at this location has severely declined. I met up with my mom at this store & she had already been there for about half an hour- no one had helped her or offered to start a room for her despite the fact that her hands were full of blouses. When I entered the store the employees didn’t so much as look at me, let alone greet me. The only reason I’m giving this store two stars instead of one is because the employee in the fitting rooms was very kind and knowledgeable, and the store was very well stocked. You’ll be fine to shop here as long as you don’t mind doing all the customer service yourself."

"I had a dress that just did not fit. The tags were still attached and I really wanted to return it. It was just a few days beyond the receipt and the gal at the register was a little cold and simply said “no, I can’t”. I’ve had more helpful service at the West End location and they are much more empathetic. I was very disappointed in this store."
