I was new to Tahoe full time when I met her and first thing she did was introduce me to a Naturopathic doctor in Truckee who was able to set me up with a supplement regimen to get my body in tune. I still use that regimen! Then it was time for my sessions with Dr. Amy. What I liked most about those sessions was that Dr. Amy drew from her toolbox which did not just include psychoanalysis. She brought to bare many other practices including spirituality and attention to the chakras. This was extremely refreshing coming from a Clinical Psychologist, as I also do not believe in any one practice for bringing our bodies, minds and souls into alignment!
