"I'm so happy that we finally have our own Target. The store is clean, the self checkout area is fantastic, parking is abundant, and their curbside pick up service is fast and friendly."
"Love our target! Pickups and returns are always easy when I use the app, circle has good deals in-store, the employees are friendly, everything is easy to find -- and for the things I can't find, I can always do an order for pickup and let the pros find it for me. I can find most of the things I need here for a decent price, minus fresh groceries like meat or produce for which I still prefer to shop elsewhere. However, I wish Target empowered it's employees to kick people out who are breaking laws; had a woman literally VAPING through the entire store, blowing vapor like a chimney and employees said that they aren't allowed to ask her to leave. California law states that no person may vape where smoking is prohibited. This was the visit I had to leave as I have severe asthma and she was like a human fumigator."
"With all due respect, K-mart should have never EVER left us. Nothing but VERY slim pickings in this particular store. Tiniest shoe section I've ever seen, I've witnessed bigger walk-in closets in my lifetime. Confused employees always seem to be heavily unfamiliar with where anything is located, or perhaps they could just care less. Honestly, I don't believe we were ready for a Target to be built in this town and frankly, we still aren't. One would fare much easier by shopping online before getting anywhere fast in the surrogate struggling ghost of K-mart. Not recommended unless one is determined or desperate to shop their wares..."
"I've been shopping at Target across several states for over 20 years. I love how comfortably wide the ailes are. I like the department store feel of Target. That is why I keep going back. However, tonight at the Target in Grass Valley, I noticed their point of sale terminals have been lowered from the POS shelf. The cashier, an older gentleman with short blond/gray hair, intently watched me key in my debit card's pin as I was paying. It was obvious and it made me uncomfortable. It was suspicious behavior."
"Bring k mart back!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely dissatisfied only have been in here 3 times since it's been opened. First time I put in a mobile order. When I went to return my mobile order. The guy would not do it for me at the customer service and said. I had to do it through my phone. When I did it through my phone? It would not let me. I ended up having to get in contact with HR and HR. Had to do it for me. Also bought two prepaid phones from there and whoever connected them Did it wrong in ended up locking out? The phone and my card that I paid. I had to buy another $30 prepaid Card and return the phone. And by a new phone, same thing happened to that 1 and so I had to return the second phone which was very difficult. Process to go through for some reason Just went in there to get another prepaid phone. Which said that they had 4 installed. They have absolutely no phones in there, and they have no prepaid phone cards. All of the shelves are completely empty and every time I have gone in there for makeup or other things. It says that they have it in stock and they do not. I don't see how a brand new store can be completely off of inventory. The electronic person was extremely rude and walked away while I was talking to him. Which is not the first time that I've had one of the associates. Be completely disrespectful I miss k mart"
