"I live in the Central valley and I visit Starbucks all over. This location is right next to my in-laws who we go to visit multiple times a year. Whenever we stop here going through the drive-thru is a 25 to 45 minute experience every time. No matter how many cars are in front of me it takes absolutely forever. Every time I have visited it is like this, not just a one-time experience. Even when we use the app we still end up waiting for 15-20 minutes for our drink to be made. For everyone traveling and wanting to stop at this location and just wait till the next one. It's not worth the wait."

"I usually use this location when im going to work in San Jose. I place my mobile order easily 10 mins in advance and usually pickup and go. Lately there has been bad delays and I've waited as long as 30 or 40 mins for my drink. Today, omw to work, was the first time I walked out on my order. I had already waited over 30 mins and nobody had an update on the order. Only that they were backed up. Note that it was mostly empty inside at the time. I was now late for work. There was a line at the register so I couldn't wait for a refund and the app is useless for getting help. So I just donated 5 bucks to Starbucks today. I can understand they get busy but if they are backed up like this, turn off mobile ordering so people know. I could have easily gone to another starbucks."

"Don’t get me wrong, a Starbucks is Starbucks. For some odd reason however it’s is the Prunedale location which has lids that never fit for their iced drinks. Like I thought it was a once or twice thing but it’s now happened again where I spill my drink on myself because of it. I just simply put it in the cup holder after and the lid popped off. Please get this fixed. They also made a bad sweet cream cold brew which is weird considering they all use the same recipe."

"Our mobile order took over 10 minutes to come up. I ordered my coffee before my daughter, yet my order came up after hers. Although mobile orders are supposed to be faster than waiting in line, that didn't appear to be the case."
