"Am a resident in the neighborhood and on several occasions have heard the daycare staff namely one blond heavy set lady screaming at the pre schooler at the top of her lungs. Also when they take the little ones to the park I noticed that she offered the same one water bottle to three different children all drinking from the same bottle. Also witnessed a daycare worker grabbing the arm of a 3 or 4 year old pretty forcibly. ....yelling that he was gonna finish all his food before he played. Then the entire time the staff sits there while the kids want to be pushed in the swings. Also noticed the real little ones were kept seated the entire time so the staff didn't have to get up. Terrible situation."
