"I have been a loyal customer for my entire adult life. I remember shopping at the Frontiersman with my dad when I was a child. Six months ago I would have recommended the Frontiersman to anyone. Recent policy changes, such as the elimination of the lay-away option and the attitude of some of the newer staff make me inclined to shop elsewhere."

"I was soured on this place due to a communication issue with on of the employees at one point. But I recently returned and bought an old Mossberg 151k, which ended up having a broken extractor. They sold me the gun for a reasonably cheap price and when I brought the extractor to Rob's attention it was fixed without question. There was also a hiccup in the repair process and Rob personally made sure things were taken care of rather swiftly. I couldn't recommend these people more highly. Its surprising how much you can enjoy yourself and how much selection you can find in such a physically small store."
