"The product I came for was obviously mispriced. (It was priced for the 100 quantity, not the 25). The floor person graciously checked the price and went to the back to ask the manager. The manager's response? "Office Depot sets the price. Sorry." Lazy. Are you going to tell Office Depot? Are you given any authority to be a store manager? Do you take any authority? By the looks of it, the store is closing soon. The floor is a mess, stock is missing. Seems the executives are squeezing the last bit of value from Office Depot/Office Max before closing the doors."

"I bought zebra pens here one time and I enjoyed the experience. I cannot believe that this store has so many different chairs. I was not expecting to be able test sit 20 chairs but I did. Great sitting experience."

"Do not come here if you need to ship anything. I stopped in to overnight an envelope and the two people helping me had never shipped anything before. It took almost half an hour to get it all figured out (I had a newborn and toddler with me, thinking I’d be in and out in a couple minutes). The package label they printed was incorrect (wrong shipping option selected by the employee) that mismatched the overnight envelope so the envelope was returned to my house 4 days later. I then went to the post office to overnight it. So, now my envelope will arrive about the same it would have if I’d just sent through regular mail. I called this location several times to discuss this issue was left on hold for 45 min the first time then my call dropped and the second time was told I cannot get a refund. What a waste of time and money. Very frustrated. Just go to a FedEx or post office if you need to ship something."

"Well organized store. Employees are helpful and nice. Store items are very well organized and are not messy. The store is clean. Lots of office items available. The printing area looks great. Overall, a great place to find your home l/work office needs."
